Eye

A close-up of Kenzie's eye. She ditched her glasses last week for contact lenses.

Keep Off

I think the lesson here is that you probably shouldn't use peel off letters for your public signs.

Project Black

Anna over at Anna Carson Photography has another theme project going on, and this time the focus is black. I didn't see this until it was almost over, so I'm just going to post some of my shots all at once.

Blog Leftovers

They're just as good as new blog photos, just a few minutes in the microwave and their ready to go.

This is from our King's Island trip. That's my wife in the pink shirt, with Reece next to her. In front of them are my daughter, Kenzie (glasses), and her friend, Trinity.

Here's a shot of our friend's daughter Layla at our Relay for Life event. That's Reece in the background.

It just wouldn't be the Fourth of July without a backyard fireworks display.

Thermometer

Here's something I shot a while back. To be completely honest, I just haven't been in the mood to take photos recently. Not sure what's wrong, but I hope it passes.

Cone Flowers

These flowers always make for good photos when they bloom if I can beat the bugs to them.

Pool Day

Reece thought he'd try on Kenzie's goggles in the pool today. The only problem is that her's are really strong prescription goggles.

My Birthday Present

Kenzie, our 9-year-old, always comes up with some pretty creative, original birthday presents. For my birthday today, she made me this landscape drawn backdrop to use for taking photos, because she knows how much I love to take pictures of things. We sat it up, and used some of her toys to get this photo.

King's Island

Sorry for the slow posting. We've been out of town over the weekend for a swim meet in Cincinnati, and a trip to King's Island while we were there. The kids had a blast, and there's not a ride there that my 9-year-old daughter wouldn't climb on.
